Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 19th day of March 2004, Glaister Ennor & Kiff Securities Limited appointed Mark Andrew Taylor, chartered accountant, as receiver of Frankton Developments Limited and King Edward Charitable Trust (the mortgagors) in respect of the income of the mortgaged land described below, or any part of it, and of any business conducted on the mortgaged land, pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage dated the 13th day of December 2002 which was registered in the Land Titles Office, Otago Registry, on the 21st day of January 2003 under 5464129.9.
