Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Oorschot, chartered accountant of Ashton Wheelans & Hegan Limited, 127 Armagh Street, Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of March 2004, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Fimiston Finance Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated on or around the 9th day of December 2003.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
