Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 1st day of March 2004, John Trevor Whittfield and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the property of Advance Exports (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of July 1991, which property consists of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, both present and future, including its unpaid calls and its uncalled and unpaid capital present and future.
