Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of February 2004, Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Aquagas Holdings Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the
24th day of February 2004.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.
