Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of December 2003, he was appointed as receiver and manager
of all of the undertakings, assets and property of Examination Services Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a general security agreement in favour of UDC Finance Limited dated the 20th day of December 2002, which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 20th day of December 2002 and was assigned to McAlpine Aviation Training Holdings Limited on the 12th day of December 2003.
