Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Oorschot, chartered accountant of Ashton Wheelans & Hegan Limited, 127 Armagh Street, Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of February 2004 at 12.40 p.m., he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Milwell Investments Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated on or around the 31st day of March 2003.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
