Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of N & D Enterprises Limited on the 9th day of February 2004 at 11.20 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
