Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Chances Management Limited (in liquidation) at 1.25 p.m., Challenging Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 1.30 p.m., The Cue Bar Limited (in liquidation) at 1.20 p.m. and The Cue Club Limited (in liquidation) at 1.15 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidations commenced on the 5th day of February 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Chances Management Limited (in liquidation), Challenging Holdings Limited
(in liquidation), The Cue Bar Limited (in liquidation) and The Cue Club Limited (in liquidation) hereby fix the 31st day of March 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority of their claims, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
