Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several Liquidators of Top Elite Academy Limited
on the 5th day of February 2004 at 11.25 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
