Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CGA Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Prior to the commencement of the liquidation, the director passed a resolution that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be solvent.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2004 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 26th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
