Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of December 2004 at 11.50 a.m., John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators of Latvian Painting and Decorating Limited (in liquidation) by the shareholders of the company.
