On the 13th day of December 2004, it was resolved that Otago Community Trust Charities Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Taylor, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 2004.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
