Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of The Gateway to India (2003) Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of December 2004 at 9.30 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of December 2004.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is care of Shephard Dunphy, 188 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu, has now been completed.
The liquidators' final report and accounts pursuant, to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 1st day
of February 2005.
