Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of December 2004 at 12.40 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Te Haeata Productions Limited pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
