Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of February 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Tech Park Gateway Limited be liquidated and that John Winston Drummond, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of February 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
