Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of December 2004 at 9.15 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Road Profilers & Bobcats Limited pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
