Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by shareholders' resolutions to liquidate the companies, the shareholders have appointed Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as the liquidator for that purpose on the dates and times below:

The liquidator fixes the 14th day of January 2005, as the last day in which any creditors of the companies can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
