Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KTY Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Brian Allan Leaning, chartered accountant of HLB Wylie McDonald, Auckland, be appointed for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of December 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of KTY Limited
(in liquidation) fixes the 24th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objection to any distribution.
