Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of December 2004 at 6.00 p.m., by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Sounds Fine Limited was placed into liquidation and Robert Knox was appointed liquidator.
