Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountant, and Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Nutra Foods Limited
(in liquidation) and K & G Goldfinch Flooring
Limited (in liquidation) on the 9th day of December 2004
at 11.01 a.m. and 11.11 a.m. respectively, by the High
Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidators urgently.
The liquidators have fixed Thursday, the 27th day of January 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
