Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the companies on the 6th day of December 2004.
The liquidations commenced on the 6th day of December 2004 at the times specified:

The liquidator does hereby fix the 20th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
