Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Gary Richard Leech and Neil John Donaldson, hereby give notice that, for the purposes of winding up a solvent, non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, we were appointed as
joint and several liquidators of Cafe Time Limited
(in liquidation) with effect from the 2nd day of December 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors resolved, prior to our appointment, that the company is solvent and able to pay its debts, and a copy
of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Cafe Time Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 14th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
