Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 30th day of November 2004 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elizabeth Matheson Limited be liquidated for the purposes of winding up the company and that Neil William Aitken be appointed liquidator.
The liquidator fixes the 17th day of January 2005, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
