Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of December 2004 at 10.51 a.m., Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Tri Media (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 28th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
