Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Caprice Workforce Limited be liquidated and that Brian Norman Dean, accountant of Wellington, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of November 2004 at 4.30 p.m.
