Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
David Leslie Pearson, chartered accountant of Te Horo,
was appointed as liquidator of Abundant Harvest Management Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of November 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
The liquidator fixes the 17th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to
any distribution.
