Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Antony (Andy) Weston Shand, chartered accountant of McKellar McCallum & Co., was appointed liquidator of Cereal Exports New Zealand Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of November 2004.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
