Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Keith Palmer, chartered accountant, and Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Shevahn Holdings Limited (in liquidation), Baseline Homes Limited (in liquidation) and Transport Advisory Systems Limited (in liquidation) on the 25th day of November 2004 at 11.16 a.m., 10.40 a.m. and 10.39 a.m. respectively by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 25th day of January 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
