Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Frederick Anthony Girvan, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 29th day of November 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (9), copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
