Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders effective from the 26th day of November 2004 at 2.15 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 10th day of December 2004.
