Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on the 19th day of November 2004 at 9.30 a.m., appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 13th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
