Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 26th day of November 2004.
"That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that
the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved
that the company is placed into liquidation from
26 November 2004 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed liquidator."
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 7th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
