Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of November 2004 at 10.55 a.m., Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
