Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 16th day of November 2004:
"That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed in liquidation from 26 November 2004 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator."
