Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brian Joseph Walshe and
Bruce Allen Dring, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Kapt International Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of November 2004.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Bruce

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
15th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
