Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Design Laminates Limited be liquidated and that R. C. Kuegler, chartered accountant of Takanini, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of November 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
