Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Village Care New Plymouth Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough and Elaine Alison White, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants, Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 2004 at 1.00 p.m.
