Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Uniforum New Zealand Incorporated.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of September 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
9th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
