Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 20th day of September 2004, Bryan Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by voluntary resolution of the shareholders.
Subsequently, on the 9th day of November 2004, Bryan Williams resigned and on the 9th day of November 2004
at 3.21 p.m., John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as replacement liquidators
of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 18th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
