Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 4th day of November 2004 at 11.10 a.m., Curtis
John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section to 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator fixes the 6th day December of 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held at the Pakuranga Country Club Boardroom, 199 Botany Road, Howick, Auckland, on Thursday, the 25th day of November 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
The notice of meeting and agenda have been posted to all known creditors.
