Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Southland Co-operative Milk Producers Limited be liquidated and that Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and Russell Bell, of Invercargill, both chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of November 2004 at 4.00 p.m.
