Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of CHC2 Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 8th day of November 2004 at 10.15 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of CHC2 Limited, we fix the 10th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
