Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of November 2004 at 12.58 p.m., appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as interim liquidators of the above-named company.
The full hearing is set down in the High Court at Auckland for the 16th day of December 2004.
Thereafter the liquidator will call for claim forms to be filed.
