Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of November 2004, it was resolved by
a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Solid Timber Building Systems New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Richard Allan Cooper, of Coopers Limited, Chartered Accountants, Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2004 at 3.55 p.m.
