Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of November 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mayhills Farm Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of November 2004 at 9.30 a.m., and reflects the shareholders' desire to finalise the company's affairs as it has ceased to trade.
A declaration as to solvency has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 30th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
