Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of November 2004, the shareholders of Wes-Tec Building Systems Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Grant Brownlee, of Butts, Bainbridge & Weir, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
