Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of November 2004 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Furniture Land (2002) Limited be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley and David Stanley Duns, chartered accountants of Duns & Partners, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Furniture Land 2002 Limited (in liquidation) fix the 10th day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
