Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 29th day of October 2004, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Brent J. Pearson, chartered accountant of Waikanae, be appointed liquidator of N.A. Kirkpatrick Nominees Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2004 at 3.30 p.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 3rd day of December 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
