Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, of Beattie Rickman, Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Vistec Prints Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2004 at 4.46 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 19th day of November 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
