Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 2nd day of November 2004 at 11.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Bella Design (International) Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of November 2004.
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 10th day of December 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
